1.What time will Riders depart Rydges Newcastle?
Rydges Newcastle will be hosting a light takeaway breakfast box on the waterfront for riders to enjoy before departing from Newcastle on their journey to Hunter Valley

745am – Breakfast (please DO NOT arrive before 730am)

Riders will be marshalled in small packs of riders (up to 40 riders in each pack) with support from a lead and rear support vehicle. Riders are scheduled to arrive at Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley from 9am.
2. Is transported provided?
Yes, please see on the home page 3 bus options. Please note due to the current COVID-19 restrictions the bus seats are limited and once they are fully booked, you will need to organise alternative transport.
3. Can friends and family join in for Breakfast and Lunch?
Unfortunately with the COVID-19 restrictions we have strict guidelines to follow and maximum numbers. Family or friends will not be able to attend breakfast or lunch.
4. Breakfast and Lunch meals
Due to the current COVID restrictions all items will be individual boxed for each rider.
If you have any dietary requirements please email info@harbour2vine.com.au and we will cater for you
Breakfast menu – Cold Breaky pack with yoghurt and muesli parfait, banana and blueberry muffin, freshly brewed tea and coffee is available (espresso coffee will be additional cost)
Lunch menu – Rider will choose from a limited Burger and Vegetable Bowl menu includes 1 beverage
Please note riders will be required to enjoy lunch and beverage and depart straight after so we can clear the area ready for the next wave of riders.
5. What is the route for the ride?
The course route will be shared closer to time
6. What happens if I need assistance during the ride?
Support vehicles will always be available to all riders. Should any rider not feel comfortable continuing the ride, a support vehicle will pick up both the rider and their bike and transport them to the finish line. Contact number on the day will be Lisa 0439381118
7. Can anyone register for Harbour2Vine?
The more the merrier! Please invite all your friends and family to join us! Together we can support Westpac Helicopter!
Classic ride –All Participants must to be over 12 years of age, as of 1st November 2020, to enter The Event. If the Participant is under 18 years of age, as of 1st November 2020, he/she must have a Parent or Guardian agree to the Entry Terms and Conditions and consent to their participation in The Event.
8. Will there be breaks along the way?
Included in the registration fee is the following: light breakfast, 1 rest stop with refreshing drinks and snacks and a enjoyable plated lunch at Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley post ride.

9. Can donations be made on the day?
Of course! We will have donation buckets available at the start, break stops and finish line and encourage all to drop a few coins in the bucket to support Westpac Helicopter. Every dollar counts. A raffle will be also available on the day with all money donated to Westpac Helicopter. Raffle will be drawn on FaceTime, please follow our Facebook page.
